Alliance Européenne de Cadres headquartered in Paris, is working to PROMOTE MULTI-EMPLOYMENT SHARED-TIME POSITIONS for managers and skilled technicians over the entire EEC marketplace. AEC leads all employment actions throughout the European market to satisfy the MULTI-EMPLOYMENT DEMANDS from firms and managers.

AEC is expanding its social and economical activity to all EEC countries, thanks to an agreement granted by the "Fonds Social Européen" (European social/business Fund). At present, all EEC members can acquire the methodology in order to develop multi-employment part-time positions in their respective regions.

Seven countries in Europe are highly interested in this new working pattern, as a result of AECs' preliminary work. Belgium has already decided to acquire and promote multi-employment. Moreover, the AEC product is available in any country, industry, and business, because it overcomes economical and cultural constraints, and is adapted to European working requirement laws.

This NEW WORKING-TIME ORGANIZATION applies worldwide, resulting from the impact of new technologies and business methods which generate new approaches and needs for different functions in all sectors of activity. Innovative recruitment approaches for companies are needed to integrate managers or skilled employees at "EQUAL-TIME for EQUAL-PRICE".

Because the option of hiring managers on a full time basis is an unattainable luxury for many companies today, the opportunity to recruit experienced managers a few days per week or month, depending on the need, can provide an interesting alternative for employers in the EEC.

AEC has created specific tools to assess company needs for strategic part-time positions. The objective consists of satisfying businesses by providing them with the best staffing structure to fit the working environment.
