Alliance Europeenne de Cadres was established to propose a NEW MANAGERIAL PHILOSOPHY for small to mid-sized companies searching to adapt their human resources structure to the current economical restraints in Europe. AEC developed this concept because many companies suffer a shortage of business competencies to expand their activities. Moreover, solutions had to be found for the EXPANDING UNEMPLOYMENT RATE of skilled managers on the market.

In response to these growing concerns, our non-profit organization proposes to introduce the concept of "MULTI-EMPLOYMENT SHARED-TIME JOBS" to respond to firms' requirements and managers' demands. AEC implements a proactive strategy directed to both employers and employees. The objective consists of offering businesses the opportunity to recruit experienced managers and skilled employees on the basis of EQUAL PRICE FOR EQUAL TIME. Managers on the other hand have the opportunity to share their time among different employers on a part-time basis and the luxury of managing their careers and their private lives to suite their needs.

The AEC pattern fits companies' objectives with managers' expectations in terms of business and employment. As a result, the organization is strongly settled in ETHICS which respect both individual and company values, while respecting its own principles:

  • Listening to companies and managers to define how multi-employment on a part-time basis can be best implemented.
  • Enhancing human resources solutions through partnerships with other organizations or industry leaders within their respective domains in Europe.
  • Working as a team with companies and individuals to ensure success with multi-employment on a part-time basis for experienced managers.
  • Training companies and managers in the multi-employment shared-time concept to insure its success.
  • Building recruitment solutions based on the multi-employment shared-time work concept.
  • Tailoring organizational solutions to remain productive and competitive on the marketplace.
  • Favoring the creation of global activities through the multi-employment shared-time concept.
