Alliance Européenne de Cadres, a NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, developed five years ago, implements the concept of multi-employment on a part-time basis for managers and skilled technicians seeking strategic positions in small to mid-sized companies.

AEC recognition stems from the employment marketplace and has increased its notoriety by enhancing MUTI-EMPLOYMENT ON A PART-TIME BASIS in the working environment. Each AEC actor plays an active role in the social and economical system in order to help managers and highly skilled employees progressively regain the market place through part-time positions with one or more employers.

Solidarity and Ethics remain the primary fundamental factors which characterize the AEC organization. As a result, AEC pays careful attention to both companies and individuals, who want to take advantage of exploiting AECs? know-how on employment opportunities, at their own rhythm.

AECs' know-how is a protected method; all rights are reserved. Any organization, institution, individual or company who would like to implement the AEC methodology must be selected and mandated by the Alliance Européenne de Cadres.

In order to respect AEC ethical standards, all proposals for PARTNERSHIP must be submitted for approval by the President of the Alliance.
